Established in 1987, Restobières has specialised itself in typical regional cuisine cooked with beer. Caring for the quality of his products, Alain Fayt creates exclusively  rustic traditionally made dishes.
Restobières has in Brussels two  important activities : the Restaurant and the Catering.

pictoWell in the heart of the Marolles, the restaurant is the place to be for rustic brewed beer and typical belgian cuisine lovers . Come and taste the astounding  prune rabbit served with a trappist or a gueuze from Cantillon in an authentic setting.

pictoThe catering offers a home delivery of family dishes as apetising as the flemish beef stew, the sausage stoemp or the vol-au-vent.

Restobières can also organise your events (business diners, weddings, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, coktails,…) Alain Fayt offers different formulas adapted to your needs : walking diners, hors d’oeuvres, surprise breads, cold  or hot buffets….
